  La Savina was the best hotel I stayed in when I was in South Africa. La Savina is centrally located. 2 min walk to the Canel Walk. 10 min taxi ride to VA Waterfront, 20 mins to Camps Bay. Great on security. If you are looking for a hotel that gives you the home feeling this is your hotel. Do not be mislead and stay in Downtown Cape town it is bette... hva folk sier » r to stay outside the city. - For a reasonable self-catering apartment in a pleasant safe location, La Savina worked well. Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. That was very much appreciated!

  I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.
