I like almost everything; I love the staff, I love the cheapest room (I
got fishes), I love the price, the closest food served there is quite
amazing. They have a decent WiFi service. They have a well-maintained
facility and fitness lounge, they've got decent channels on their
Cable television compared to Dusit Thani in Manila. It's close to
one of the famed monuments and tourist spots in the Philippines, the
Rizal Park.
Really, the quality of the place is just the best experience, I feel like

I have chosen this hotel because of location-I wanted to stay in this restored historical site of Manila, in front of one of oldest in Pfilippines St.Agustin church, near Casa Manila, National Museum.
We did like friendliness of staff, simple, but tasteful , very traditional design of rooms, facilities are good.

This is a great place to stay in Manila. We'd previously spent one night in Hotel H20, and although we enjoyed it, we thought it wasn't worth paying the high price to stay there for the rest of our time in Manila (another 3 nights). Bayleaf was an excellent option - it's good value in a city that seems to cater to only the low and high ends, with a gaping hole for the mid-range market. The staff are super friendly (especially sweet wee Chester on the front desk), the rooms are immaculately tidy

Like the spacious room and the location which is very accessible to star city, ocean park, U.S. embassy, MOA, etc. if you wanna eat, you'll just have to go downstairs and everything is there like the yellow cab, j.co, pancake house, seven eleven, burger king etc. most of all church is just around the corner. Staffs were very accommodating. Hoping to be back next yr for our 3rd vacay.

I particularly found the staff very friendly and helpful. Sceptic that I am, being a well seasoned traveller, I put this to being on display for a tip. However, I came to the conclusion that could not be the case. there was sincerity.

Courteous & helpful staff, excellent location to access many parts of Manila. Puregold and Convenience Store markets right downstairs. It's a safe and comfortable budget hotel, but if you need everything brand new, mint on the pillow, etc. then go ahead pay 4x the price.
