As I was staying in Panama city for 5 days I wanted a good hotel and it was. My room was huge! And not connected with any other room so very quiet! The 2 ladies at the reception where extremely friendly and helpfull and always checking if my stay was alright and if I had a nice day. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and omlets are made on request. 5 days for the city itself is too long but if you also make (day) trips to Miraflores locks and Sobrenia (a must!) national park and to one o.

Complimentary upgrade, long hours for inclusive breakfast that should fit any travelers schedule and a location that is right in the heart of the city. Oh, top it off with a roof top, open air pool that gives great views of the entire city and what more could you ask for. Nice hotel with great view from roof top. Comfortable and clean room, no noise from outside or from neighbours. Good breakfast. Location (El Cangrejo) is safe. Recommended. The Hotel is really good. Value for money. Trafic jam everyday. Most of people are not kind, I mean, you can not see a smile on their faces. nothing. A staff member. Bad wi-fi reception in my room. Had to go done to the Hotellobby for a perfect connection. For us$ 100.00 + taxes I expect this as well in my room. The staff is quite bad, especially the one of the restaurant and of the reception. Don't use the taxi Service of the hotel that much more expensive and it's not worthy at all. HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!! Air-conditioning loud, electronic keys don't work all the time, internet does not work well, bad customer service, poor breakfast. Incompetent and impolite staff Poor room equipment (although the hotel looks new everything is falling apart, made with cheap equipment). No decoration in room - Empty minibar Cold atmosephere. All the hotel wants is grab your dollars but without providing the service ! Much better hotels around !!. Everything is bad in this hotel..
