For Panama this is a luxury, business hotel. The pool is beautiful and a retreat in the middle of the city. For an original city hotel, it is still in good shape. Staff speaks some English and looked after us above and beyond their jobs. -
There wasn't anything I didn't like. It is beautiful, with a beautiful pool and huge open air restaurant

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bar/lounge area was comfortable and the prices reasonable. The restaurant was very good and the staff was reasonably accommodating. -
The rooms are nicely designed and the view of the city from the 15th floor was great. Also they give you a $20 a day credit to use at the bar, a nice perk.

I had a great experience, staff was friendly, rooms were clean,
bellboy help us with our luggage and told us about the elevator and
room features. The complementary buffet breakfast was amazing! Price
per room was excellent. The mall is connect it with the hotel, so
great for shopping. Great view! We are planning to go back next week!

Thomas & lewis sorted out a hire car for us when needed and in general all the staff made you feel at home.
After travel to Boca for a short stay we are going back to the hotel for our last few days before flying home.

My daughter and I had a nice and clean room on the third floor, without disturbing sounds. AC and ceiling fan worked perfectly. We enjoyed a lot the closeness of the walking area of Casco Viejo. -
