  I absolutely loved having room to put our 2 suitcases. We have travelled the world and never had the pleasure of this before and it makes me wonder - there are usually 2 people with a suitcase each. Usually we use a chair or something for the 2nd suitcase. Loved the view. The decor was lovely - it was a great stay. - Everything about this ho... hva folk sier » tel we absolutely loved, from our room and the superb views to the very efficient staff whom went the extra mile to ensure our needs were catered to. We had dinner in the hotel the first night as we were so tired but enjoyed the food so much, we went back the second night!!

  Jeremy, Gina and all staff exceptionally helpful, nothing posed a problem. Service superb. Chalet clean, warm and comfortable. Food some of the best tasted anywhere. The Sunday special "chips and dips" was superb!! - Just a great place, friendly, helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable Excellent value for money

  There was nothing Not to like. On arrival we were upgraded to a unit with a view which we loved. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We went to the office to ask for a taxi to Ahuriri and we were given a lift! They were great fun and will definitely return with the family if staying in Napier again. A+++ - What a great place.....I cannot fault anything! The lovely host Carol; gave time for me to unpack & unwind then come to the room and showed me around as well as gave demos on how to use the facilities, i.e. shower & spa. Breakfast was delivered in the pouring rain and was hot and yummy tasty!! Staff were all helpful, friendly & very welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel through. Thanks :)

  Hotel owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Studio clean and roomy, very nice kitchenette, great selection of coffee and tea. Complimentary extras, milk for coffee, beach towels, use of washing machine, decent to very good meals available with bar service for a reasonable price. - The staff were amazing and so helpful. We couldn't have wished for better and would recommend it to others and we would love to stay there again.
