We love Macy's - This is the only place to stay in Tauranga!! The Hosts are so friendly and helpful (we saw a poster advertising Katipo Adventures and got all the info to go and visit). The rooms are set up so well and the Staff are so quick and helpful - nothing seems a bother to them. And it is a quiet beautiful place. Oh and watching the rugby

The staff were wonderful. They could not do enough for us, and went out of their way to help with things which were not really their responsibility. If I find myself in that part of the world again, I most certainly will make sure I am staying there.

The hotel was very clean, inviting. It is right on the waterfront (but not a beach). The view from the room, the lounge and the dining room looks out over the water. It has a nice restaurant, and snacks and beverages available in the lounge all day. A cooler of infused water is available with glasses all day. The staff was very friendly. -

excellent customer service. room was in immaculate condition. all staff were welcoming friendly and very helpful. i originally booked friday to sunday and unfortunetly couldnt make friday i rang that day to change our stay from fri-sun to sat-mon and it was changed without hesitation.

I had to return to stay for a 2nd time within a month and it was like returning to a second home. We received the warmest welcome and the hospitality was superb. Loved staying so close to amenities, supermarket, superb shops, and a beautiful cafe/garden centre across the road. -

Amazing hotel like I'd just been transported back to the 70's bit with a lot of character. I loved the bed super comfy. It had all the facilities you expect from a City hotel.The bathroom designer should be dispensed with though. The toilet is about 2" from the wall ha-ha, You have to sit side saddle on it. The old-worldliness of the decor - reminded me of an old beauty I stayed in at the Blue Mountains (NSW). The continental breakfast included in the price! The spa bath at the end of a busy day, set in a large shiny clean bathroom.
All of the staff, not just front desk, who smiled and looked like they enjoyed working there.
Very comfy beds!

our room was large and very modern, and very comfortable.
our view was supberb!
the staff both check in and out were friendly and very helpful.
the gym is very very accommodating for a seasoned work traveller who wants to keep up their fitness in a safe clean and suitable environment.

The apartment was HUGE, we had 4 young adults with us, three slept in the apartment during our trip and no one got aggitated with eachother ... we all felt we had enough space. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and the shower was pure luxury - 8 mini shower heads and two big one along with a spa bath to boot! The apartment was on the ground floor and very quiet.

We enjoyed the whole experience, staff, cleanliness, excellent supply of coffees, milk etc as a bonus plunger coffee, awesome!! Catered to our needs with young infant. Restaurants nice and handy within walking distance. No hassles at all, would definitely go back. -

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town. The service was personal, kind and friendly. You were really made to feel welcome. The room itself was amazing - spacious, clean and luxurious. The view from the room was awe-inspiring and just made everything better. The motel was like a home away from home and if I'm ever in the area again

This hotel seems to have been quite recently refurbished. The decor is contemporary and high quality. It is well equipped with a small kitchen area. We booked a harbourside room. We arrived in the dark so when we opened our curtains in the morning we were thrilled with the lovely location and view outside. Free wifi and within easy walking distance to some excellent restaurants. A very nice hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

I Loved the nice soft minky blanket on the bed, very cosy. It smelt and felt clean....this is really important to me as I have come across bedding that I can only presume is dirty and I will strip the bed of anything yucky as it revolts me. Keep it up guys,always keep bedding fresh and clean as this is what we look forward to at the end of the day

Our time at Asure was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It is set beautifully on the estuary with close access to shops & easy drive to Mt Maunganui, Whakatane & many other sites. -
Liked everything they had to offer. It was very central to where I was playing a snooker tournament for 3 days and I found it very relaxing.

We thought the staff and value for money of the establishment were excellent. The motel itself was well placed for us as we had easy, quick access to town and Bethlehem college, where our daughter and son-in-law were preforming in the band nationals. Mt Maunganui wasn't too far away where we spent a morning on the beach with our grandson.
