- Amazing interior design, small nice details all over hotel and rooms
- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!
- Location is very central and within walking distance to the city center and some of the main attractions

The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! The free wireless internet is the smart thing to do for business travelers - no extra charges, no complicated registration, and everything works. - It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body milk were supplied. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious.

bra hotell, bra service, god mat - For value for money this would be the best hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world , staff are extra helpful , rooms very clean and functional , great bar and facilities - Everything, including the free Shuttle Bus to the airport and free Internet access. The Hotel is very good and I will stay there again!
