I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the view from my room. It was an amazing and fabulous experience. The service was quick also. Had great please in staying in this Hotel. Keep up the efforts Hotel Management - Less than 10 minute walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre. LRT Sultan Ismail and PWTC is also near. Easy Chinese and Indian street food.   The locality is centralised. The front reception staff are accomodating with certain request. We had to check out by 12pm but there was a delay and requested to check out at 1pm. No issue or extra payment needed. Thanks - Room is big for 4 people. Location is central and next to Centro shopping mall.
