The staff were friendly and knew me as this is my second visit to the hotel. My request for room with window were met and again it was a breeze to check in. Convenience,friendly staff and very helpful, fuss free check in, rooms are comfortable with big bathroom. Many facilities around there. I also like the aroma of the room,smells that can make me calm. It was neat n clean. Place are very close wif the city. Easy access. Comfort to sleep on.
alle vurderinger » it a good location and clean the wifi is very good.and the staff friendly. Very clean, good breakfast and good location. the room is clean and very comfortable. The space of the room is comfort. cleanliness. we only stayed two nights but i was impressed they came in and changed the linen for so short a stay, I was expecting that. Closest to Dataran Merdeka and along Jalan TAR. We were there to celebrate Merdeka day. Free late check out. The hotel looked old from outside but beautiful and clean inside. But the room quite small for 4 people. *Good location...near 7e and LRT station. *Near Masjid Jamek Bazar....food court ect. *Value for money. Location and comfort is good, clean also verygood, decoration and hotel shaw also very good. quit ok but,...it is constructions going on at this time...no good feel........... The room is quite spacious and overlooking the giant screen of Dataran Merdeka. very close with train station and several nice place in KL.. Location!. Its close to the metro line, and rooms are being redone and look clean, the deluxe rooms are nice and big, there is a kettle in the room. The owner was compreehensive to my needs. You might want to add room deodrizer as when i enter the room it has a foul smell, probably from the toilet,Other than that it was perfect. being in the middle of the city,tend to hear motor bikes roaring down the street. Nothing. No parking provided by hotel. Need to pay parking fee. N not so safety. Rooms very small. the location very near to the road. The hotel didn't provide a "Do not disturb" sign in my room. That is to force the housekeeper to knock or open the door using a key. Although the housekeeper knows inside of the room is stiil occupied, and still the housekeeper are trying by forcing to open the door. This is disrespect me n my wife inside are performing my prayers. aircond & water heater not in good condition. asked reception to book us a cab for 5 to the airport for 7am and they clearly didn't bother, but we managed to hail 2 taxis ourselves on the street though. Would hope it will all look better once the renovations are completed. The car parking is too small and we had to park our car outside and had to pay the parking fee RM4.OO per hour. Room too small for two (room without window). But there is a not good facility in bathroom and washroom, there is no drinking water even in room, so allover Fair facilities. Maybe due to the current renovation works, electricity was down and one of the two elavator was out. I think once the renovation works are done it will be a suitable hotel from travellers with young children. i dont know that renovation still in progress during stay there. migtbe look better after finish. the room very small which is not recomend to family with 2 children. It is not really as an hotel. They didn't change every day the towels and things like this... When at night we can not sleep well because our neighbor behind our room get noising... And disturb will sound off motorcycle at might nite. Its so noisy that we changed from our deluxe room to a standard windowless room just to try and get some sleep. Even if you manage to cut out the road noise there walls are very thin and you can hear the people in the room next door as well as when they are walking in the passage way. Not one of the TVs appear to work. Nowhere to relax other than your room. No internet at the hotel and no internet cafes in the area at all. Lack of info about the renovation going on the Hotel. bad customer experience. There staff were slowing to do their work,receiption bother n the facilities some of them not enough what should be packages.The lift were unsafe to used it.
