  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a big smile. I booked two rooms for two nights and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the size of the room (not too small, n... hva folk sier » ot too big. Just a nice size). My room was at the 7th floor where I could see nice view of klcc and twin tower. Plus, the hotel is close to lrt statio - I enjoyed my stay. Worry especially when my two daughters decides to go shopping on their own, they can easily get off the LRT and just walk back to the hotel. It is safe as the places outside of the hotel are always full of people,

  We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk ... hva folk sier » and takes you to the centre. - The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".   Excellent service and quite good value. - very good value for money! clean bed, nice smelling bedsheets, pillows, clean bathrooms, big bed, big room, big nice breakfast, smiling friendly staff, good and safe location near the mrt station, really good budget hotel almost like a 3 star one!
