The rooms were nicely decorated and a laptop was provided. I had a seaview room with a balcony overlooking La Plage swimming pool. There were free passes to that pool (salt water), the St Georges pool 5 minutes down the road (salt water, L10,000 to rent a towel) and the Phoenicia Hotel (gym, fresh water outdoor and indoor pools). Location is very central, only 10 seconds away from Hamra Street. It feels like a nice, small business hotel in Paris... Modern facilities. Breakfast is good and the new executive suite rooms and bathrooms look really nice. I don't know about the older rooms. -

I stayed for two nights in a grand deluxe room with sea view and it was really amazing. A quite room with a full kitchen staff. The room was very clean had a balcony also. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi. I would really recommend everyone going to Beirut to stay in this hotel. -

For the serious business traveler to Beirut looking for a hotel at the price tag of USD +/-95. I travel a lot to Beirut on business and have tried many hotels. I come to realize PADOVA is a great choice. it’s very quiet, clean enough, with a good breakfast open buffet standing up among its competitors. Tip: It’s a great value for money if you are a couple or 2 colleagues sharing the same room as the price is the same.
