Staff at the reception, concierge and in the restaurant are very friendly, but the cleaners are not and the r - The location is great, the sea is only a minute walk away and its around 10 mins walk to Hamra street for shopping and restaurants.   From the lobby, to the breakfast facility, to the rooms, everything looks and is tasteful and strikingly attractive. The bedroom was attractive and very comfortable, with a balcony with a view of the sea and mountains. The location of the hotel is brilliant, smack in the middle of Hamra.   The location was fantastic, just minutes from Bay Rock and the Corniche, room was great size and really comfortable but very best thing about this hotel was the staff. I had some emergency paperwork that needed to be completed and Joyce and the other front desk staff were beyond amazing at making whatever I needed happen. It's close to Hamra street, close to restaurant , pub. But not too enough to disturb your sleep.
