Staff Was well organized and helpfull. Room was made for travelers with not so much luggage. Internet connection was perfect (LAN cable). WiFi seems to be availlable but we did not use it. The location is great to get around. We purchased an ICOCA card for Metro and JR-Trains. Nice hotel , close to subway ( go out from exit 1 , and go straight ahead the road at your left. It's just a few meters after the 2nd Family Mart )and Shin-Osaka station ( go out from Central Gate and keep walking on the main road straight ahead ) . Great value for money.
alle vurderinger » The hotel was close to the subway station, surrounding by friendly and quiet community. Staff of the hotel were friendly, accommodating and spoke English with us when they could. The hotel room was sufficient size and clean and the room was on a high floor as I requested. The hotel situated near the metro station and not far from Shinkansen station also. Staffs are very kind, has good buffet for breakfast and lunch. It was possible to have necessary items such as tie, sleepers, lady's napkins etc. in lobby, not going outside.. Best location for connecting to the city center like Umeda, Namba, etc. by midosuji line. And just 1 station to Shin-osaka station for Shinkansen. Or if you want to go to Kyoto, just use the Hankyu Kyoto line. I will stay here again next trip. efficiently designed, tidy and clean, laundry facilities reasonably priced, good location with many good restaurants around, helpful staff. Walking distance to Shin Osaka station. Value for the money was great, room was cleaned with respect for personal items. Access to Osaka station via subway makes travel through Osaka public transit simple. The location is near subway station for 5min walk and 24H supermarket beside the subway station. Missing instructions in English or other foreign language. Very few parking spots which are only first come first serve, but ad makes you think you will be covered for only 800¥ per day. No soap. Rinse and bodywasher was there but I couldn't find the soap. None. Very tall building - hence internet/wi-fi is only available in the lobby. Would be nice if there were better instructions on how to get there from the JR station as we decided to walk and it was a bit confusing as the station has so many exits. Distance from Shin-osaka station, recommend to take subway line to nearby station. No wireless in the room. No wi-fi in the room, only at the lobby of the hotel. Nothing to dislike. The space too small. Nothing. bit of a walk to the main JR station to get into Osaka. wifi is only available at lobby, and their english is poorer than u can imagine!. Far from station. Small covers. There is no wifi, which is really inconvenient but they provide free access to Internet on a desktop at the lobby. Bathroom is tiny in comparison to other hotels we stayed at for nearly the same price. Also lacked a microwave. No kitchenette, or balcony. Room is tiny. Enough for two suitcases to lay down and to walk between them. No wireless, which is odd given it's Japan and the 21st century. Buffet is an absolute rip off- don't pay 900jpy for it, if it's on special for 500jpy maybe consider it. Neighbourhood looks a little dilapidated, not sure what's the go with that. Staff doesn't speak English, but they are friendly and you can manage with gestures. The building looks a bit old, and some places need a renovation (the toilets in the lobby for example). No WIFI in the room (only in the lobby). The laundry dryer couldn't dry clothes despite 2 attempts . Room is too small. No wifi in the room. Small rooms. they could provide the information of MSR, supermarket, positions nearby for customers reference. a bit expensive for the quality of the rooms. A bit far from subway/train station.
