Separated water closet, strategic location although a little bit of walking distance away from Nankai, JR and Kintetsu railway system, cleaning ness, self service washing and drying machine, wifi. Renovation is outdated but clean. I noticed that the hotel do take note of the negative feed backs from customers and made improvements, ie. They make effort to remove the smell of smoking in the room and prepare air fresheners in the room. They also put up a notice in front of hotel steps to prevent .

The hotel is very convenient. Very close to the shopping area of Shinshabashi & Dotonburi (where there are a wide varieties of food outlets). Additionally the hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to 2 subway stations. The hotel was best location, in the exact centre of the city a few meter from two main subway stations. The stuff was nice and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, perfect for a couple pf days' stay. clean, good service, spoke english, affordable, location was near shops and walkable distance to namba area. The location is very good near shopping area. The only good thing about this hotel. The distance between the hotel and the 3 major train railway systems make it a hassle for travellers with plenty of luggages. The low ceiling of the toilet and also the awkwardly positioned lamp ( right on the middle of the wall mirror, it might only be just the room we were staying though). I hate to bring this up, but the lack of English can be frustrating, but this is Japan and I can see this changing in the near future. Two thing"s before I close.The Wi Fi in the room worked only occasionally which made me head to the lobby to connect,also the lobby computer's I gave up on because of their slowness and my inability to search in English, no mater how much I tried. The shower was not very comfortable, the water either too hot or cold. If your plugs are not japanese style, you ll need an adaptor... could smell smoke in the elevator. Limited command of English can be slightly limit flow of conversation. my room was noisy, because right behind the highway.. The 3 beds room was not suitable for three beds. No chair, no table, not any space for luggage. That I didn't stay here longer. the room too small quite far from train station. the receptionist on the day of check in (21/11/13) needs to mellow as she isnt that friendly as the one who was in charge during my checking out. It was all a bit dull. I missed a bit of a living ambiance in both the rooms as in the hotel itself. Its very small for 3 people. I wouldnt suggest this place if you are willing to pay a bit more for space. But for two, its perfect. The air con was not cold enough either and this was a drawback considering we were the when Japan was at its hottest. The environment in general.Facilities is old. Quite an old hotel in need of an upgrade. No individual Air conditioning which was needed in the heat. Most expensive hotel of trip not good value for money. Room is small for family of 4. Toilet seat cover has stains and the room smelt of cigarette smoke when we first stepped in although the smell evaporated in the evening when we got back after having opened the window to air the room when we were out. Not enough power points for charging. A bit messy and cram. The room has a lot of dust (not recommend this hotel for dust allergy). !!Important please readd!! The service at this hotel is the worst. I would like to reserve some restaurant ,and it need to make by phone call. There is no telephone in the room , so I ask the staff for help. They refused to help me and tell me to use public telephone instead. Does 1-minute phone call cost so much in japan??. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The lift smelt of sick. The room door had clearly been kicked in. The room was dirty, with stains on the curtain. We spent 2 days with the window open to try and get rid of the smell of cigarets. The beds were uncomfortable and both me and my partner got bitten by something horrid. The hotel has the feel that it should be rented by the hour... very fitting for its location. AVOID.
