  First off the staff at reception were very welcoming. Within 3 minutes were were sorted out and offered a complimentary drink. We had arrived early for booking and the staff was kind enough to ask the manager to have a room ready sooner since we were travelling with 3 kids. I really like the character of the buidling. Pillows made a world of different, in fact I am going to re - The Spanish Court was super nice. The style blew us away -- all elements of the design were excellent. The WiFi was free and ubiquitous. The massages were great! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Maybe the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, definitely for the price.

  The hotel was awesome. It has nice marble tile floors, beautiful artwork. The staff was absolutely friendly, courteous and attentive. I was very posh and had many of the latest amenities like rfid room keys, smart tvs in each room, great shower and restroom. The decor was great. The restaurants on the premises are also great. Close to Devon House and Bob Marley´s House as well as downtown business district and New Kingston.
