First off the staff at reception were very welcoming. Within 3 minutes were were sorted out and offered a complimentary drink. We had arrived early for booking and the staff was kind enough to ask the manager to have a room ready sooner since we were travelling with 3 kids. I really like the character of the buidling. was very posh and had many of the latest amenities like rfid room keys,

Restaurant was very good for dinner; perhaps less so for breakfast (limited choice).
My room and bathroom were recently renovated and comfortable.
Gym and reasonable pool.
Excellent bar and staff.
Close to Devon House and Bob Marley´s House as well as downtown business district and New Kingston.
