The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena. We were able to walk with our luggage back to the train station on departure once we were able to navigate our way around

Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same
time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train
Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate
personnel!

The location is amazing and all seights are within a short walking
distance. This is a family run, apartment kind of hotel with no
reception. You ring the bell and sign in in the upper communal area. Our
friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not
allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like
animals. This one didnt mind and everyone was allowed to join the
communal area. We were even allowed to stay longer when we runned late
