The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good with eggs, meat, cheese and more. I would highly recommend to anyone especially families - we are 4 persons - 2 young adult c

Pretty location on the canal - The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful; the breakfasts were good; the room was comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the San Vio canal; and the location was excellent, convenient for Accademia and the bridge across to San Marco, for waterbus services around Venice and to/from Marco Polo airport, and for good restaurants nearbv.

The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily

They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody

Note: This visit was in the month of March, so no comment can be made about the comfort of the room in the summer months. - The hotel was excellent and the location superb. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good.
