The location is excellent being next to the Rialto Bridge and about 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square. The Hotel is beautifully appointed with antique furniture. The bathrooms are delightfull. - It is at the heart of the city, very near Rialto Bridge. Very authentic hotel, with friendly staff.

The appartment was spacious, 1 bedroom with lots of storage closets and one living room, spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids in our case). Anna answered all our questions and was very helpful. - Anna and Lorena were fantastic - very warm, and the quality of theaccommodation was excellent. They had thought of everything, and evenhad some biscuits and coffee ready for us. The location was superb - westayed in the San Marco apt and my parents in the Casanova one.

Vi var to studenter som bodde tre netter i en ariel silvas leilighet. Det var som et lite hus med kjøkken og alt. Selv om vi delte bad var det kjempe rent og fint. Before our arrival we got informative e-mails how to find the place and they were very helpful.
Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square.
Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up

location location location, this has to one of the best situated hotels in Venice, close to the station main bridge and the water-bus/taxi stops the staff were very helpful especially the concierge from the sister hotel as he redirected us back to the Abbazia deluxe after we had walk past the entrance (which is easy to miss) if you stay there, turn up the alley and the door is directly on the left, we had one of the rear rooms on the 1st floor and we couldn't believe how quiet it was all in all

This was such a nice little place. With only 5 rooms you received
individual attention. Although the staff are not on site all day, they
were still available to help with everything. Just minutes from all the
best sights and the water. Windows opened to the coblestone streets
below which allowed for a fun view. They sent me a personal email before
I arrived to assure I took the right water taxi and knew exactly how to
get there. Loved, loved, loved this place. Perfect for a couple.

Excellent hotel location for walks in Venezia: most of tourist attractions can be simply reached. At the same time hotel is situated in quiet nice corner near Grand Canal, so crowds of tourists do not seriously disturb. It is wonderful breakfast in the hotel.
