Location is excellent! 10 min walk from St. Marks and 10 min from Rioalto.
The owner is friendly and willing to help you with anything you may need.
Facilities and room were perfect for us.

To say something, there is no elevator (as most buildings around) so take that into account if traveling with big luggage.
Credit cards are not accepted so don't forget to bring cash.

Breakfast could have offered more of a selection for the price (like cheese and eggs).
Palazzo primitive...no creature comforts at all...the fact that the owner will only accept cash when the establishment is sold on the basis of credit card payment is a serious breach of accomodation contract...letsbookhotel.com should amend the web site as a matter of urgency!!.
Expensive for a fairly average B&B.
