We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner, Augusto, gave us a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco. He is a very good host and surprised us with a individual approach.

The hotel is just a few minutes easy walk from the historical town centre and the hotel car park, shaded by olive trees, is a bonus.

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The underground parking is a bigplus. Pool was of good size, clean and never too crowded, plenty ofloungers. Breakfast was fine but could do with more variety. Locationwas easy to find but not that close to Sirmonie as many guests wouldwish for. Big thanks to Roman, Max and Lorenzo for their great service. - T

It is possible to take bicycle for free - convenient if you plan to visit Sirmione and not to worry about the parking. Good location – only two minutes from the lake. -

The hotel is right on the lake. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good (they will bring you eggs cooked how you want and cappuccino). They had free parking too which is nice.
