This place is just ideal for spending a vacation on the Garda lake, especially in summer. This apartment hotel is very comfortable, provides a fantastic view on the lake and its eastern coast. Very nice and friendly hostess. Very helpfull and interested in her guests to make their stay as comfortable as possible for them. I would recommend the residence to everyone.
Sirmione is a beautiful and very nice village.

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only

Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.
