  The hotel is perfectly located and very close to the beach (less than 2 minutes of walk). Train station is about 10 minutes away and very easy to find. Just head left when you go out and dont stop until you see the Hotel. Staff extremely friendly, the lady in the reception helped us with taking bags downstairs. Rooms are cleaned every day. Very close to pedestrian pathway, shops, beach, eateries, town. The train station is very handy and we walked to and from when arriving, departing. Given a map on arrival and as we had to wait for 15 minutes for our room to be ready we were given a cappuccino. We were able to have an early breakfast on the morning we left.

  The hotel is situated in walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in Sanremo. Buffet breakfast was abondant with cold meat, cheese, fresh bakery products, yogurt, fruit, drinks etc.. It was a bit early for us (between 8:30 and 9:30), but it was apparently convenient for other travellers because they had usually finished when we went down... hva folk sier » to eat at around 9 o'clock. :) The room was very comfortable, cleaned daily, sheets and towels are changed every second day. The owners are a young c - The Hotel was run (and owned I believe) by a charming and extremely helpful young couple. Their English was enough to get by quite easily without being perfect. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for them. Room was quite large, clean and pleasant with complimentary bowl of fruit. The icing on the cake was that my birthday fell on my stay and that evening a tap on the door and our young hosts were there with a handful of glasses and a decent bottle of wine. The headache followed later. Oh
