  The location was superb--right across from the duomo which was magnificent in itself, and this lovely small hotel had an outdoor courtyard that overlooked the piazza. My husband and I had a bottle of wine and cheese when the sun was going down, with live music filling the square, and you could not have had a more perfect night! Everything was decorated nicely, and the staff - The rooms were very clean, fresh with a beautiful ambience. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us to find restaurants for dinner. Hotel very well located right on the Duomo square. The streets have beautiful shops and wind around - it is about a 15 minute walk from the cable car/train to the hotel. The Cava Well sight was really great for all the family. Really lovely town.

  Hotel Melody is a good accomidation in the Deruta, Asissi area. Quite clean, comfortable and a good value for the price and area. Attached is a very nice bar on one side and a good restaurant on the other side. Plus, free parking right at the hotel's door.

  hotel staff - The location of the hotel is fantastic since it is located very closed to the railway station but the price the I paid for one person was a little high. The hotel staff was nice and served very nice breakfast.

  Loved everything about Locanda Poggioleone. Very clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished all around in the building. Beautiful grounds and outdoor dining. We enjoyed a delicsious meal that was home cooked with fresh local produce. The staff were friendly and very helpful with suggesting places to see in the area. Visiting Castiglione del Lag... hva folk sier » o was a highlight. We only stayed one night but would loved to come back to stay longer to see more of the region. Highly recommend this place. - The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in during our visit to Italy. We loved the timber throughout the interior and lovely furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom and everything was really clean. We arrived in the evening and were able to have a delicious home cooked meal. The breakfast was also very nice with homemade pastries and cakes. Absolutely wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back and stay for longer next time.
