We stayed at Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony. - Its located in nice, quiet area like resorts with private gate to get in. - The Apart is clean and New furniture with AC. - Extremely friendly staff. We arrived too late and they helped us by searching the nearest open restaurants! many thanks to them from me and my family

Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

The location is beautiful. Also in mid feb it is nice. The complex was
not fully booked. It can happen that you are alone in the complex. For
us it didn’t matter but I can imagine that some people like not to be
alone in a ‘remote’ area. The rooms were big and nicely decorated.

Loved this hotel. Radda in Chianti is now one of our favorite locations
in Italy and this hotel was luxurious. Staff great. Breakfasts great.
And we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the Chianti countryside while
eating breakfast and in the evening with wine. Marvelous hotel! -

This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet.
Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.
Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

wonderful rooms and the hotel was in a beautiful setting overlooking the gorgeous Tuscan hillsides and mountains. Artimino had a few restaurants and the food was excellent in all of them. Good sized swimming pool surrounding by lots of loungers and lush green extensive gardens. We had an excellent stay highly recommended. -

It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good.
