This was a great place to stay! This was the best experience we had of the five hotels we booked for our trip. The hotel was very close to the train station, our room was delightful, the staff was wonderful-even a breakfast before 8Am so we could catch the train for Milano! This hotel is one I could not recommend more highly. Centrally located, old-world charm, clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff were more than helpful, spoke English well & went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. All of the attractions were within easy walking distance, there are great restaurants, bars and shopping close-by

We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Venice. - We stayed in one of the Palazzo Rosa's one bedroom apartments and found it to be perfect for our stay in Venice. The directions from the website made it easy to find the hotel (even at 9:00 pm in the dark) and the clerk at check-in walked us to the apartment to make sure that everything was OK. The Palazzo Rosa is in a wonderful location near the Ca D'Oro and just a quick walk to the Rialto area

Our host was excellent and went out of her way to assist us with our questions. The inside information we were given on good restaurants and bars was wonderful. The guest house was quaint and clean. Our room was very spacious, airy, and clean and the bathroom was very good. Excellent location. Very near to water bus station which was extreamly convenient to visit venice and other Islands. Good service , no language issue infact all staff speak english. Good break fast, spacious room, all other amenities like Air conditioned, bathroom, mini bar etc were good. Free Facility to keep your luggage after cheching out . Over
