We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again

The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean

Our airconditioning was not working well and it was extremely hot in Venice, the manager put us in a very expensive room for the last night of our 3 night stay. They were very kind and attentive to us. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had hot and cold foods, as well as fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was walk
