Very responsive staff. We had a problem with the bathroom on our last night. It was pretty late. Nevertheless, the staff came immediately to assist and even allowed us to us the facilities in the adjacent room seeing that we were checking out early the next morning.

From booking this B+B we were in constant contact with the staff ref arrival time etc. The closeness to the train station made finding the apartment very easy. The apartment itself was very new and we must have been one of the first couples to stay. The facilities were great with a very lovely shower. After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento

manager, is so friendly and helpful and makes sure your needs are met--
we got lost coming from the train station and had to ask a shopkeeper
for directions. He called Eugenio, who personally came over to find us.
The rooms are spacious and pretty, and the bathroom and communal space
are large and well-kept. Breakfast at a local bar/cafe. Overall,
great bang for your buck!
