  Luca was fantastic and very kind. he gave us a lot of suggestions on how to enjoy our time at the best. Luca is very well organized with any sort of information. We enjoyed the place, which remain on a hilltop with an amazing view and superlative surrounding landscapes. Bathrooms and rooms were very clean...very nice breakfast. thank you - This is a beautifull place, silent but close to all surrounding citys. Its a typicall Italian farmhouse, familliary. I recomend for all tourist how want get to know the Tuscany. Highly recomended!

  The location is amazing, central and easy to reach. It's a proper "affitta camere" (rooms to rent), since the owner lives in the same building. Anything you need you have just to knock on her door. It's not a B&B as breakfast is not provided by the owner inside the same building. In fact, there is no kitchen at all. However, a croissant and ca... hva folk sier » ppuccino down the local bar are included in the room price. You can have your breakfast from 7.00 am until whenever. You can help your self with tea, - Right in the centre of Pienza. Nice house and very obliging staff. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
