  The location is amazing, central and easy to reach. It's a proper "affitta camere" (rooms to rent), since the owner lives in the same building. Anything you need you have just to knock on her door. It's not a B&B as breakfast is not provided by the owner inside the same building. In fact, there is no kitchen at all. You can help your self with tea, - Right in the centre of Pienza. Nice house and very obliging staff. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

  Probably the highlight of our 3 week holiday in Tuscany. Pienza is the dream location overlooking the Val d'Orcia. Beautiful town with resaurants, opera performances and something special that it is difficult to describe. A favourite place and a favourite B&B. Andrei, our host was brilliant. Great sense of humour and put us at our ease. The ro... hva folk sier » om had a balcony, dining table and microwave, which allowed us to save some money on meals. Enduring happy memories. - Right next to Pienza, an uncrowded hill town. The walk was on the little back streets, very nice, The room itself was spotless, with a little balcony and one of the bigger bathrooms we had. The breakfast was good with homemade bread. But the real gem was Andrei himself. Extra helpful and kind. The restaurant he recommended was very very good. This is a good spot for visits to Montepulciano, Montelcino, etc, but don't miss Pienza's cathedral. Special.

  The accomodation was excellent with excellent facilities - room was comfortable and spacious with an iconic Italian view over the rooftops of this charming little town.
