Excellent location set back from the town but just a five minute walk from the lake and the lovely village of Gravedona. Close to windsurfing at Domaso but also walking in the mountains and exploring the lake villages by boat. Only two boats a day but I liked that this made the town quiet with a local community. Excellent breakfast and friendly

Free wifi in the public area, free parking on the property, and most rooms with wonderful views of the lake and mountains from many rooms make this the best hotel in its price category that I have stayed in on Lake Como. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The lady who runs the place was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though we arrived late, she was there to check us in. The residence is located in quiet and peaceful village. Not very touristy which was great. We walked a lot but I guess most people would drive. Great location with a lake view and mountain walks in the area. Will go

A very nice view from the terrace (lake and mountains). The apartment has a separate living room, bedroom and a kitchenette. We also liked the swimming pool. And the staff was always helpful and friendly.

We spent 4 days here on honeymoon- wish we could have stayed longer.
This was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. With no other hotels in the area, it was very laid back, in contrast to nearby towns which were a bit touristy!

The pool and spa area along with the rest of the hotel was absolutely spotless. Freshly served produce at both breakfast and dinner. We had a perfect, relaxing stay. The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

I thought lovely location, high up hillside overlooking Lake Como. Sadly, as Easter, & only 2 nights - both cloudy/misty - so didn't get the benefit of the view !! Lovely village, 20 mins outside Gravedona, nothing there, but only 20 mins drive down to lots nice restauarants etc etc -

It was a pleasure to stay at Tullio Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice view on the pool and the lake. No smell, no noise, very comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast. Basically no any single disappointment, but only positive surprises. You will not regret it!!!!
After traveling around, we came to the conclusion that it was probably the best location for us, very quite with possibility to have a nice walk along the lake till the centre of Gravedona, from the neighbor
