  Excellent location set back from the town but just a five minute walk from the lake and the lovely village of Gravedona. Close to windsurfing at Domaso but also walking in the mountains and exploring the lake villages by boat. Only two boats a day but I liked that this made the town quiet with a local community. Excellent breakfast and friendly ... what people say » service. Not much English spoken but enough to get by if you don't speak Italian or German. Wifi worked well in reception. - Free wifi in the public area, free parking on the property, and most rooms with wonderful views of the lake and mountains from many rooms make this the best hotel in its price category that I have stayed in on Lake Como. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

  The lady who runs the place was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though we arrived late, she was there to check us in. The residence is located in quiet and peaceful village. Not very touristy which was great. We walked a lot but I guess most people would drive. Great location with a lake view and mountain walks in the area. Will go... what people say » back again :-) - A very nice view from the terrace (lake and mountains). The apartment has a separate living room, bedroom and a kitchenette. We also liked the swimming pool. And the staff was always helpful and friendly.

  We spent 4 days here on honeymoon- wish we could have stayed longer. This was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. With no other hotels in the area, it was very laid back, in contrast to nearby towns which were a bit touristy! The owners were very friendly, cooked delicious local food (not a piz... what people say » za in sight!) and even helped us repair some damage to our hire car! The outdoor swimming pool and spa we had to ourselves most of the time, plus ther - The owners were very friendly and courteous..when you asked for something it was never a problem. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The pool and spa area along with the rest of the hotel was absolutely spotless. Freshly served produce at both breakfast and dinner. Great view of the lake which is only a short stroll along the road. A true gem of a place...

  Very large and comfortable rooms with great views of the lake and mountains. Our hosts were very helpful and recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for dinner. Breakfast included a nice range of savory and sweet food including local produce. When sunny we ate breakfast on the deck which was lovely. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. The view from the balcony was fantastic, full equipment kitchen.   It was our first time in Gravedona and the hotel location cannot be made any better – it sits just on the verge of the lake Como so that you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape from your room (do ask about the location of a room when booking, although even the rear-facing rooms offer a fine view on the Alps). The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice view on the pool and the lake. No smell, no noise, very comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast. Basically no any single disappointment, but only positive surprises. You will not regret it!!!! After traveling around, we came to the conclusion that it was probably the best location for us, very quite with possibility to have a nice walk along the lake till the centre of Gravedona, from the neighbor
