This B&B is located very closely to the train station (5 min. walking) and bus station (10 min. walking). Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. I picked this place because it had a backyard where you are served your breakfast's and you can just sit out their after a full day of walking! Our room was on the main floor, which we were next to the canal. It was a great location to walking to every where. The Casino was very close, lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and very large bathroom with a tub and shower and glass enclosure.

The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!!
