  The was a very small hotel with a homey atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location because it was off the beaten path and we had to actually walk and see other things to get places. If you don't like to walk you can always take a water taxi. Very affordable as well! - The hotel was located in a quiet area of Venice with local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Small, compact and very friendly - it was perfect! Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate with fruit juice, breads and pastries, jams, marmalade, honey and cereals. This small hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

  Alina, who runs the hotel is probably one of the nicest people that I have ever met. She was always smiling and ready to help you with any questions or recommendations. What a sweetheart, she made our stay a wonderful experience. Every evening after spending the day running around Venice I was - Excellent Hotel with great rooms and interior. Location : 15 Minutes walking from Railway station but hotel very close to waterbus station Rooms : Clean , modern and very new room with all accessories. Wifi included. We got a room which had a balcony overlooking the street and canal - really nice view. Staff: The hotel is run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful. Food : Breakfast is ok.

  Awesome experience!!! Julia who is the owner is extremely helpful and understanding. She accommodated to our request at time of our check in. Excellent rooms and Excellent location. Our room (601) was facing the river (main one just opposite the station) and the Hotel is literally 50 mtrs from the station. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel as it cannot get more reasonable and friendly and ideally locate - location location location, this has to one of the best situated hotels in Venice, close to the station main bridge and the water-bus/taxi stops the staff were very helpful especially the concierge from the sister hotel as he redirected us back to the Abbazia deluxe after we had walk past the entrance (which is easy to miss) if you stay there, turn up the alley and the door is directly on the left, we had one of the rear rooms on the 1st floor and we couldn't believe how quiet it was all in all

  Location, location, location. No luggage, walk from plle Roma or train station. Got luggage, take a water bus or come straight from the airport by water bus. All stops are close by. Maria Teresa (one of two sisters who operate the B&B) was so warm and welcoming. The décor was "so Venice", warm and charming. The entire fac - This is a wonderful B&B on the main walk from the train station. The sister's who own the property are very friendly and helpful. Although you are on a main street the windows are totally sound proof so unless you open them the room is really silent. It is easy to find if you take the Vaporetta to S. Marcuola (the Casino stop) You just walk through to the main street then left and watch for the numbers. There is a small brass plate with the name. Depending on your room the wireless might be

Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Also they let us keep the luggage in their house after checkout while we were sightseeing.
