  Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. - ... hva folk sier » Everything exceeded expectations at this hotel. Room was extremely comfy, huge and neat! Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central. Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

  The location and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very friendly despite the large language barrier (ignorance on our part not theirs). The check in times were useful also. A memorable and pleasant stay for both of us. - the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful
