The room was spacious, quite clean, water pressure was hot and strong. The high ceilings were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful - only present from 8:00am to 12:00pm but responsive over email. The location can't be beat - right on the Piazza Signoria!

I am totally satisfied with this booking (the hardware, the service,
location, the pricing). I should say this is the best hotel I've
ever lived during the past 20 days vacation in Italy and Greece.
Unlike the rooms of most hotels in European tourist cities, the room offered by this hotel is quite spacious.

The strongest points of this hotel are the owners/staff and the
location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it.
Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails.
The location is great, if a bit hard to find (if you're relying on GoogleMaps, that is -- get a REAL map!). It's a few meters away from Piazza di Signoria (which is right next to the Galleria Uffizi) and

We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

Porcellino Gallery is a real gem. A small boutique hotel (only 5 rooms). All with recently completed redecorations and an upscale flair. Each room having a different theme. Location is excellent. Near to all key attractions in Florence. Owners and staff were very cordial and helpful in all regards. Made us feel totally welcome and appreciated. We were very pleased with our stay and would very definitely go back.

The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. There are city buses, and unbelieveably one of them comes right down the narrow street with a stop right in front of the B&B, so coming from the train statio

Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town.
The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use. Location is wonderful, right in the heart, near the Duomo but not at all noisy. Recommen

It was very clean and comfortable and the windows were effective at shutting out the bustle of tourists when needed but even then the noise was not at antisocial hours or unpleasant so no problems. The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions.
