  I am totally satisfied with this booking (the hardware, the service, location, the pricing). I should say this is the best hotel I've ever lived during the past 20 days vacation in Italy and Greece. I am a person very sensitive to noise at night, it's not easy - The strongest points of this hotel are the owners/staff and the location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it. Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails. The location is great, if a bit hard to find (if you're relying on GoogleMaps, that is -- get a REAL map!). As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside".   First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The staff was excellent, and helpful in suggesting sights not to miss and how to get to them - Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town. The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use.
