  This is a unique and charming palazzo with 13 rooms some directly on a small canal, it is ultra Venetian and thus nearly a cliche. The people are extremely nice and helpful, recommended the best (quality/budget) restaurants we went to, strongly recommend this place that helps you immerse into a true Venice experience. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.   The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.   The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.
