This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. The location is good. Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.

Rommene og frokostrestauranten - Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.
