We stayed one night at the Palazzo Peruta in April. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.
The room was simply gorgeous - exquisitely

Small hotel but beautifully presented. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

Alt, totalopplevelsen var den beste på vår reise av 5 hoteller i Italia. Hotellet er veldig sentralt, ikke langt fra kanalen, Marcus plassen, etc og likevel rolig. Pluss for en veldig hyggelig restaurant i bakgården. - Fantastisk rom, romslig med høy standard.

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. heart of the city, and easy enough to get to from the airport via the
Alilaguna water service. We did have to haul all our cruise luggage

Cathedral, and on a very fancy street with many brands' stores. The

I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the Rialto Bridge and main canal in Venice. We were able to see the gondolas go by and the room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly as well. - Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, good excellent location.
