Good location, all monuments within a walking distance (with an exception for Vatican). Near Termini station. Very nice restaurant on the other side of the street (sometimes they have life music - good to have a room with street view;). You can feel Rome spirit in this hotel. The location is great ,next to the termini station,and the room was very clean. The manager, Paolo was very polite and showed us around, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it doesn't have much facilities but its a nice, clean room , and provides the basics.
