Location was good - just 10 minutes walk from Termini, and close to the metro. good situation, near the train station (termini) and metro station. You can walk to the city centre (15 min). the room and the attention of the morning staff. near center of the city. This hotel is in a very good location, very close to a metro station and only a 10 minute walk away from the Termini station. We found that the majority of the tourist hotspots were within a easy walking distance. The rooms are clean and simple. Security is very good. Overall if you are looking for a place to clean up and crash in at the end of a long day I highly recommend here. We had a huge room and were pleasantly suprised. We initially booked it as a place to stay for an one night as we needed to be in Rome over night to catch an early flight in the morning. Initially a bit hard to find and no signs but good location for the train station and also the airport shuttle bus. Also nice to get your breakfast delivered to your room!. It is close to Termini station and the city centre. The staff was very nice and gave us tips about visiting Rome. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Room was decent. Not unhappy at all.Location is great, very friendly staff. hotel staff and cleanliness of the room. The location is excellent. quietish location, easy enough to get to, nice bathroom and air conditioning. The staff was very nice and it was close to the colloseum. new furniture, friendly staff. location. Close to city centre. personal friendly. the breakfast was generic. coffee could be better 8). The hotel surrounding were a little noisy. I was looking for a house very difficult. a bit difficult to find for the first time as map was unclear and there were no sign on the road. The rooms are not soundproof, but otherwise, they staff is very accomodating and helpful. Not a major problem as we was only there for 3 nights but the walls are very thin. The breakfasts were very poor. the breakfast was not too great. Breakfast. Heat was on only in the evening. It got a little chilly the one afternoon we were in the room for a couple of hours. We had a room facing the street, and there was a lot of vehicle noise that kept us awake.the shower was sometimes cold. noise. It is not obvious where it is but so long as you are prepared and take a map and the address you shouldn't have a problem. Hairdryer had to be stopped with paper tissue. Handle on shutter broke. Remote for TV didnt work. Very minor issues that were promptly dealt with by helpful staff. Breakfast was poor.the window opens on the street, noise. Breakfast is not good. They repeat every day the same options: 2 toats, 1 croissant, 2 cookies e 1 cup of capuccino. They don´t vary the jelly or anything. I think it would be bether not to include breakfast or at least try to vary a little.breakfast wasnt great, very basic. Very difficult to find hotel...it's on the 3rd floor of a random building with no sign. You have to push a button outside to be buzzed in. There are only 5 rooms and the front desk is literally 5 feet from each hotel room. We could hear them talking all night long. Breakfast consisted of a tray of cracker-like things, not good at all. And an extremely small elevator too.noisy and the rooms are too small. it was on the third floor of residential apartments, we were told not to have a shower after 12 midnight or the neighbours would complain. We also had enormous difficulty finding the 'hotel' as it was signed as a normal apartment as if your were looking for a surname amoung a residential. Noisy at night, terrible breakfast, towels only changed once during 5 night stay. Bathroom had not been cleaned very well. Breakfast was late. The shower was very bad. room was dark, not inaf chairs lamps only with 40 W!!!. The room was tiny, and the night staff can be heard very loudly. There is a old woman that sits in the lobby and she talks very loud italian and you can't sleep. The room was poky, and the elevator was tiny. We had to go up one at a time!!.
