  The B&B is in a great location, very close to Metro and San Giovanni Basilica you can walk to Colliseum! Both hosts Barbara and Franceso are wonderful and very helpful and accommodating.   Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  It was very clean and the room was much bigger than I expected. The lady from reception was lovely! In the middle of everything...The Colloseum is just around the corner and short walk to Trevi Fountain which is stunning. Will definately stay here the next time I'm in Rome. - Maria was gracious and helpful.   Utmerket beliggenhet og svært hyggelig personale - This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. The location cannot be beat, close to 2 Metro stops... hva folk sier » , Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and you can walk almost anywhere within 1/2 hour. - I loved the location (2 blocks from the Spanish Steps, shopping and restaurants ... and easily within walking distance of most major sites). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (including the cleaners, breakfast staff and the front desk, which provided really good dinner recommendations 3 nights in a row). Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
