The B&B is in a great location, very close to Metro and San Giovanni Basilica you can walk to Colliseum! Both hosts Barbara and Franceso are wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. There are 2 buildings for B&B both of which are nice and close to each other and metro. Barbara is very helpful providing Rome information, restaurant recommendations, etc. What is more, hosts and letsbookhotel.com helped me to change reservation since my husband did not arrive as a result of flight can.
alle vurderinger » At St.John Rome we liked everything: from the mere location (ideal for all ages and travel purposes) to the great comfort and support offered by its owners! The room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Breakfast very Italian, with home made cakes and capuccino: just lovely! Five minutes and you reach any sort of public transport. Otherwise (and we advise it!) just a simple walk while sightseeing, picturing and having a coffee and you reach the Colosseum and the very heart of the old city! In . I arrived with my mom, who had landed from India and was thoroughly exhausted. We found the place easily using Barbara's directions.When the hostess Barbara saw us, she was so sweet that she lifted our suitcase up the stairs, settled us in, put our food in her fridge and even brought us some nice tea and cookies for free, immediately! Eating breakfast in her living room gave a very home-feel, also seeing her child play around. The guest house is basically their own mansion, I think, and they re. Beautiful three-storey house renovated and tastefully decorated. Rich breakfast with pastries and cereals an so far. Located in a quiet area at five minutes walking from the San Giovanni metro station with many buses at 10 minutes from downtown. But the best, the owners are very friendly and helped us in everything. We had a lovely welcome from Francoius and the room was very clean inviting and comfortable. We had our own en suite which was fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Francoius was very help with directions around town, places to eat and shops. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed in the separate villa on the top floor, they seem to be in the process of renovating the room. But the room was very large and had it's own rooftop terrace. The family who run the B&B were very nice. Good location, we walked everywhere from here. Great owners, real italian hospitality! We felt like home. It was fantastic! The neighbourhood is also really nice, no tourists,charming italian neighbourdhood with great restaurants around. the room is nice.the boss of the.hotel is very nice.we buy the food and fruit in the market,take them back to hotel .the boss offer us knife ,forkes, plates.heat them. SHE is very Nice. Very good location! 1minute to public transportation (metro-buses), nice staff, nice breakfast. Barbara was very helpful, she and her family was very friendly. We had a problem with the bad which was solved within the same day. Good location, very close to the metro station and a walking distance to Antic Rome. Location very good. Clean place, owners and staff kind and welcoming. Staff Friendliness. Shower caused a flood in the bathroom. Nothing. The pressure in the shower wasn't very good.But this is nothing, nothing compared to the excellent service and personal care by the hosts!. Nothing. Everything was great. The wi-fi signal on the top floor was fairly poor. The shower had no screen around it which made it very difficult to shower without putting water everywhere. Very poor soundproofing, and sometimes had no hot water .. :-(. Breakfast could be better. Fair breakfast. I would prefer to see much cheese and vegetables (tomato, olive etc). Do not expect too much comfort from the room. It is a real B&B. Humid room, not at ground floor but in basement. Very poor plumbing: leaking toilet and almost no hot water, despite having reported it since my arrival. In my 10 nights' stay, I could have a shower only twice. This made the place, in my opinion, rather overprized. Location Room Facilities.
