This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

  The location has to be the big plus. Minutes from the ponte vecchio bridge! You are so close to all the main attractions in Florence. Although our flight was badly delayed and we arrived very late,we were warmly welcomed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room which added a nice touch! The room was large and ... hva folk sier » typically italian which was lovely. Overall we had a lovely time in Florence although shortened by our flight delay. I'd definitely recommend this as - The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions. Laura, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.
