  Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. The bathrooms were new and spacious as was the room itself. The staff went out of their way to recommend and make reserrvations at local restaurants and assisted with luggage.   The staff was incredible!!! everyone was so kind and accommodating. you could tell they loved florence and were very happy to share with you suggestions, tips, and itineraries. By far my favorite experience in Italy!!! Beautiful room and very very clean. In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for!   The location has to be the big plus. Minutes from the ponte vecchio bridge! You are so close to all the main attractions in Florence. Although our flight was badly delayed and we arrived very late,we were warmly welcomed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room which added a nice touch! I'd definitely recommend this as - The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions. Laura, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.
