  The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino.   Hosts' smile is best! First, after reservation, we found out we could not make in time for check-in time due to flight change. Then they arranged nice B&B close to airport for us. Moreover, I joined Venicemarathon, then they instructed me water bus time table and station map. And we were informed legal time change timing. It helped us a lot be... hva folk sier » cause next day was Marathon and we had to get to bus stop at 6:50 am. Finally on departure day, we were very surprised. They left us my marathon recor - This place was wonderful! We stayed in a little apartment right across from the B&B, which meant we had no wi-fi, but it was very comfortable, and the kitchen was more than adequate. The location was a 5-10 minute walk away from Saint Marks Square, it was perfect, quiet and right around the corner from a grocery store.

  I had such a great time here! The place is very clean and comfortable. The décor is absolutely amazing and inviting. It makes you feel very relaxed and as if you were staying in a hotel. They have many many living rooms where you can sit and chat. The view from their terrace is stunning. I had a great view from my window. It was - Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur. Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!
