  The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recomm... hva folk sier » end - Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.

  I was pleased with this hotel in every way! The price was more than I wanted to pay but, realizing lodging in Venice is expensive, I left feeling quite satisfied with my stay there. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and attractive, the a/c worked, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.   After a busy day of crowded sightseeing in Venice, it was wonderful to retreat to a quiet, nicely-appointed, comfortable room in a community where families actually live. We enjoyed strolling the streets at night sampling the local restaurants. We would definitely return on future trips. - Really nice place....verry close to the Lido SME, where you can take boat to the main Venice. No. 5.1 and 1 goes straight to S. marco. from Lido SME you can take bus A, B..... and first second stop is this few steps away from the location. Room was clean-Big and cosy. the host are very friendly and co-operative. They treated us like family guests.
