The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a
few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens.
Landlord was friendly and helpful and the rooms are new comfy and clean.

The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.

Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect.

The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

- It's an amazing B&B. Very clean and big room. Bed is comfortable and big enough for 3 people.
- The owner, Mario is so kind that have offered all he can do to help all the customers. He makes fresh croisants and serves coffee by himself every morning with smile making you feel at home.
- Convenient transport. You can find the Metro Republica only hundreds meters away but actually from the bus stop outside you can go to all the places of interests in Roma including Vatican.

The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. We found the Residenza Domiziano a wonderful hotel. They did everything possible to make our stay in Rome a wonderful experience. They arranged for a van to come to where we our cruise ship landed and was plenty big enough for seven pieces of luggage and four passengers. Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo
