Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries.   The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens. Landlord was friendly and helpful and the rooms are new comfy and clean.   The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.
